Elysia Park: plan your stay
Elysia Park is worth considering when living space matters as much as hotel service. Apartments, garden residences and larger accommodation choices let you build a more independent stay, with pool and wellness facilities available within the complex.

A good fit for
Families, friends and longer-stay visitors who want separate living space and self-catering facilities.
Worth weighing up
The setting is inland, and housekeeping arrangements differ from the daily service many people expect in a hotel.
An inland base in Kato Paphos
Elysia Park is on Sotiraki Markidi Avenue, away from the seafront hotel strip. The harbour and beaches are outings from the complex, not facilities at the end of the garden. Build those journeys into your plans before comparing a room price with a beachfront hotel. A day with a beach visit, groceries and dinner may be easier with transport than the same itinerary looks on a simple map.
Start with bedrooms and living space
Accommodation ranges from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom options, with garden residences and penthouses also available. Kitchens, dining space and washing facilities are useful for longer stays or families who want flexible mealtimes. Check the individual unit description for equipment, beds and outside space. Separate bedrooms are especially valuable when children sleep earlier than adults; a larger open-plan room does not provide the same separation.
Outdoor pools and winter swimming
The complex has lagoon-style outdoor pools, children’s pools and a wellness centre with an indoor pool. Outdoor swimming is seasonal, while the indoor pool provides a heated option. For winter dates, plan around the facilities actually operating rather than summer photographs. Age restrictions and opening hours apply within the wellness facilities, so confirm the arrangements for children if indoor swimming is a major reason for booking.
Self-catering with help nearby
The on-site kiosk makes small purchases convenient, and Elysia Breeze offers restaurant meals under separate management. Its opening days can change with the season. Decide whether you want to cook full meals or simply keep breakfast and snacks flexible, then check the kitchen inventory accordingly. Baby equipment can be requested in advance, subject to availability; arrange the essential items before arrival rather than assuming they will already be in your apartment.
Arrival, cleaning and a realistic routine
Reception has set opening hours, with separate arrangements for late arrivals. Send your expected arrival time and confirm how to collect the key if your flight lands late. Ask for the cleaning and towel-change schedule attached to your booking: an apartment stay should not be planned on an assumption of daily housekeeping. Leave the first morning free for settling in and shopping, then alternate pool days with a harbour visit or a booked excursion.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Compare the room, not just the hotel.
Confirm the exact accommodation category, bedroom layout, housekeeping frequency and late-arrival process. For winter or family stays, check outdoor pool dates and indoor facility age rules before paying.
