These terms cover use of this free travel-information website and planner. They do not replace the booking terms of airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer companies, car-hire providers or retailers.

Information and planning

Our guides are general travel information and editorial suggestions. We take reasonable care with the information, but opening times, access, routes, prices, menus, availability and services can change. Confirm the details important to your plans with the relevant provider before travelling or booking.

Nearby distances are approximate straight-line estimates. They do not establish a safe or accessible walking route. Illustrative pictures are not evidence of a venue’s actual food, rooms or facilities. Consider your own mobility, health, group and travel needs; our general guides are not individual legal, medical or insurance advice.

Bookings and affiliate links

Paphos Unfolded provides information and referral links. We do not take payment, issue tickets, reserve accommodation or arrange a package holiday through this website. Selecting separate hotel, transport and activity links does not create a combined booking with us.

A transaction is made through the named booking service or retailer under its displayed terms. Check the supplier, total price, inclusions, deposits, eligibility, cancellation and refund conditions before paying. Booking questions and changes must go to the provider handling your reservation. Some links earn commission; read our affiliate disclosure.

Your saved and shared plan

Saving an item is a planning action, not a reservation. Plans remain on the current browser unless you choose the optional email-saving service. Confirm your email address to save a new plan online, and use the same email to sign in on another device. Later edits update the online copy when you select Save trip. Where versions differ, review the choices before replacing or combining them.

Only use an email address you control. Keep sign-in links private and sign out on shared devices. You can delete the online account from My trip. Clearing browser storage may remove the local copy but does not delete your online account. Keep a printed copy or shared link for important plans: we do not promise permanent storage or uninterrupted availability. Anyone with a shared link can read the places and day assignments in it.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may browse, save and print material for your own holiday planning and share links to our pages. Copyright and other rights in our original text, branding and design belong to us or our licensors. Third-party photography, maps and booking content remain subject to their respective licences; our credits page identifies relevant sources.

Except where a licence or law permits, do not reproduce or commercially redistribute our content or branding without permission. Do not impersonate the operator, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code or use automated requests that disrupt it. Ordinary search-engine indexing is permitted subject to our published crawling instructions.

Availability, links and responsibility

We may update or withdraw content and features, and may restrict abusive access. External sites are controlled by their operators. A link is not a guarantee of the supplier’s performance or the suitability of an activity for you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by a supplier’s independent performance, events outside our reasonable control, or use of information that could reasonably have been checked before acting. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy, complaints and governing law

Our privacy notice and cookie information explain how the website uses information and storage. For a website complaint, contact [email protected], identifying the page or issue and the outcome you seek.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory protections or right to bring proceedings in another court available to you as a consumer where you live.

Changes take effect when published for future use of the website. They do not change a booking contract you have already made with a separate provider.

Your trip, ready to share.
