Veronica Hotel: plan your stay
Veronica is a hotel-and-pool base on Danaes Street, inland from the southern Kato Paphos waterfront. It is worth comparing when you want a straightforward room and time to explore, rather than a large beachfront resort.

A good fit for
Travellers who want a pool, local dining options and a base on the southern side of Kato Paphos.
Worth weighing up
The hotel has announced a 16+ policy from 1 April 2027. Families should check the policy for their actual stay dates.
An important change for 2027
Veronica has announced that it will become an adults-only hotel accepting guests aged 16 and over from 1 April 2027. This makes the date of your holiday important: older family descriptions may refer to the previous policy. If anyone in your party is under 16, obtain confirmation of eligibility before committing to flights or a non-refundable room.
Danaes Street and the waterfront
The hotel is inland from the coast, with the southern waterfront a separate walk from the entrance. You can build a day around the promenade and a meal out, then choose how far towards the harbour to continue. Do not confuse this address with a harbour-front location. Check the complete return route if you plan to stay out after dinner.
Rooms for a simpler hotel stay
The accommodation includes single, double or twin and triple options. Air conditioning, a private bathroom and a minibar are among the advertised room facilities. Compare the actual beds for your party, particularly when booking a triple. A room suitable for three people does not necessarily offer a separate sleeping area, which matters if you keep different bedtimes.
Leave time for the pool
An outdoor pool, garden setting, restaurant and bar give you somewhere to spend an unhurried part of the day. Choose your meal basis around how often you want to eat elsewhere. A breakfast-led stay can leave evenings flexible, while extra included meals are useful only if you expect to be back to use them. Check operating arrangements for cooler months.
A base for independent outings
Use a harbour and archaeology outing as one plan, with a separate day for the Old Town. A boat trip can add variety without hiring a car for the whole stay. Check the departure harbour and pickup details before booking: a trip sold for Paphos may actually sail from Latchi, so the transfer is part of the decision.
