Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort: plan your stay
Paphos Gardens combines hotel rooms and self-catering accommodation in an inland setting behind the Kato Paphos waterfront. That range makes it useful for families or mixed groups who want different room arrangements within one resort.

A good fit for
Families and longer stays comparing apartment space with the convenience of resort facilities.
Worth weighing up
A hotel room and a self-catering apartment offer different facilities. Check which type the rate actually includes.
Choose the accommodation type first
The resort offers hotel rooms alongside studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Start with whether you need a separate bedroom and cooking facilities. A larger occupancy allowance may rely on sofa beds in a living area. For children with early bedtimes, a door between sleeping spaces may be more useful than a slightly larger open-plan room.
Behind the coastal hotel strip
Paphos Gardens is inland from the waterfront rather than directly on the beach. Use the coast as one part of the holiday, alongside time at the resort. The harbour is a destination to plan for, not the hotel’s immediate setting. If you intend to walk with a pushchair or limited mobility, check the actual route and crossings before choosing the hotel on proximity alone.
Pools and family time
The resort lists two outdoor pools and an indoor pool, with a playground and sports facilities among its amenities. Its children’s club is advertised for May to October, so it should not be assumed to operate over Christmas or Easter. Confirm the programme for your dates and children’s ages. Indoor pool access and heating also deserve a separate check for a winter stay.
Self-catering does not mean cooking every meal
An apartment can be useful for early breakfasts, snacks and a relaxed lunch even if you eat out most evenings. Compare the kitchen equipment with the meals you actually intend to prepare. If you choose a hotel room instead, decide which board basis suits your outings. A full-day excursion may mean missing meals already included in the accommodation price.
Plan for the whole group
A larger party may benefit from a mix of room types, but do not assume separate bookings will be next to each other. Ask about building location and any connecting-room requirement before paying. Leave room in the itinerary for different energy levels: some guests can stay by the pool while others explore, then meet for dinner without everyone committing to the same excursion.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Compare the room, not just the hotel.
Confirm hotel room versus apartment, separate bedrooms, kitchen equipment, building position and seasonal facilities. Have any connecting-room arrangement confirmed explicitly.
