Avanti Holiday Village: plan your stay

Avanti Holiday Village gives you an apartment-style base with resort facilities in Kato Paphos. A separate bedroom and a kitchenette make it worth considering when flexible meals and space for family routines matter as much as the pool.

A good fit for

Families and couples who want apartment space with the facilities of a holiday village.

Worth weighing up

Avanti Holiday Village and Avanti Hotel are separate properties. Match the name and accommodation type before booking.

Book the village you intend to stay in

The Holiday Village is close to its sister Avanti Hotel but has its own apartment accommodation and layout. Check that your confirmation says Avanti Holiday Village if a kitchenette and separate bedroom are the reason for your choice. The operator describes shared use of sister-hotel facilities, but verify the current arrangement and any charges for your booking. Shared access does not make the two properties identical.

How the apartments work for families

One-bedroom apartments separate the bedroom from the living area, where additional beds also serve as sofas. Kitchenettes include cooking equipment, a fridge and a microwave. This can make breakfast, snacks and children’s mealtimes more flexible. Check the occupancy and any extra bed needed for your party. Think through bedtime as well as daytime space if several people will use the living room for sleeping.

Pools and time around the grounds

An outdoor lagoon-style pool, children’s swimming space and an indoor pool provide a hotel-day alternative to the beach. The village also lists play facilities and children’s activities. Age bands and seasonal schedules are worth checking before promising a particular activity. If indoor swimming is important, confirm its current opening and heating arrangements for your dates rather than relying on a general facilities list.

Self-catering does not mean staying in

A kitchenette gives you choices without committing you to cook every evening. You might keep breakfast and light lunches simple, then choose a few restaurant nights. Compare any meal plan with that routine before paying for it. The nearby coastal area and harbour outings can add variety, but decide the actual route and return arrangements rather than using a hotel’s estimated walking time as a guarantee.

Arrival and access preferences

Ask for the floor and room-access arrangement you need when booking. Selected ground-floor accommodation and adapted bathroom options are offered, but those requests should be confirmed for the specific apartment. For days out, combine a short waterfront outing with hotel time, then keep one separate day for a longer excursion or the waterpark. That leaves room to enjoy the apartment facilities too.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Compare the room, not just the hotel.

Confirm the property name, apartment beds, kitchen equipment, floor and any adapted-room request. Check meal-plan and sister-hotel access conditions separately.
