Kentrikon 1924 Boutique Hotel & Suites: plan your stay
Choose Kentrikon 1924 when old streets, cafés and a smaller hotel appeal more than a beachfront resort. Its central Old Town setting makes the neighbourhood part of the stay. The booking detail that matters most is the building: the two-bedroom suites are in an annex 220 metres from the main hotel.

A good fit for
Couples seeking an Old Town base, or independent families choosing the separate apartment suites.
Worth weighing up
An inland town stay rather than a beach resort; suites and hotel rooms are not all in the same building.
A small hotel in the older part of Paphos
The main property has 18 rooms in a restored building dating from 1924, arranged around an internal courtyard. Rooms have windows or balconies looking towards the courtyard or walking street. That is a more intimate proposition than a large pool resort, but a balcony is not something to assume for every room. Choose this hotel because you want to spend time in the Old Town, not simply because the address says Paphos.
Hotel room or two-bedroom suite: make this decision first
The two-bedroom suites are independent apartments in a separate annex, 220 metres away. They include a kitchen, living area and washing machine with dryer; the operator describes self-check-in and lift access there. A family wanting space to eat in may prefer that arrangement. Someone wanting to stay around the historic courtyard should choose a room in the main building instead. The map on this page marks the main hotel, not the annex.
Build your days around the upper town
Start with Old Town streets and a café stop, then give the harbour its own outing. Paphos is not one flat resort centre: returning from the coast means travelling back to the upper town. For a short break, that separation can be an advantage because the hotel encourages you to explore beyond the seafront. For daily beach swimming, a coastal hotel will be simpler.
Meals, arrival and travelling with luggage
There is a Mediterranean restaurant at the main hotel. Apartment guests can use their own kitchen, which changes the value of an inclusive breakfast or dinner package. Establish which building your arrival instructions refer to before booking a transfer, particularly if reaching Paphos late. Drivers should arrange the practical drop-off and parking approach to this central street rather than relying on the map pin as a vehicle entrance.
When to choose it over a coastal hotel
Kentrikon makes sense for a town-focused short stay, or as the town portion of a split holiday. Spend a few nights here for cafés and local streets, then move to a coastal base if beach time is equally important. For an entire week without a car, balance the appeal of the Old Town against the journeys you will make to the harbour. Casa Mespilea and Axiothea are useful nearby-style comparisons; Annabelle is a different choice for a waterfront routine.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Compare the room, not just the hotel.
Confirm main-building room versus annex suite on the actual reservation, and use the correct arrival address. Balcony and lift descriptions depend on the accommodation selected.
