Leonardo Cypria Bay: plan your stay
Leonardo Cypria Bay is the family-friendly choice among the similarly named Cypria hotels on the southern Paphos coast. Its room range and inclusive resort offering make it worth considering for a week that mixes hotel time with a few outings.

A good fit for
Families wanting resort meals and activities, with several options for larger sleeping arrangements.
Worth weighing up
Cypria Bay and the adults-only Cypria Maris are separate properties. Their room types and access rules should not be mixed up.
First, distinguish Bay from Maris
Leonardo Cypria Bay welcomes families and guests of different ages. The nearby Cypria Maris is an adults-only hotel, so the distinction matters when searching, comparing photographs and booking rooms. Check the full property name throughout the process. A shared brand and coastal location do not guarantee access to the other hotel’s restaurants, pools or services.
Pick a family layout before an upgrade
The accommodation range includes standard and family rooms, suites, loft-style options and selected family swim-up rooms. The useful comparison is where everyone sleeps and how much separation you need. Ask about additional beds, stairs within a loft and the exact occupancy for your children’s ages. With swim-up accommodation, consider the practical supervision involved in having water immediately outside the room.
What a resort day can offer
The hotel promotes an all-inclusive stay with food, drinks, entertainment and activities for younger guests. That can make daily decisions simpler when different family members want a mixture of pool time and organised activities. Check age restrictions, supervision and the timetable for your visit. A general family-friendly description does not establish whether a particular club or session will suit every child.
The coast and the harbour are different settings
Cypria Bay is on the Geroskipou side of the southern hotel area, close to the waterfront promenade. It is not beside the harbour archaeological park. Decide how far you want to walk and where you will return from before setting off along the coast. The Old Town and Coral Bay should have separate travel plans rather than being added casually to the same outing.
Add variety without overbooking the week
A waterpark visit can suit an energetic family day, while the harbour and mosaics offer a change from swimming. Compare the value of those outings with the time you want to spend using the resort facilities. For a boat excursion, look at duration and collection as well as the headline destination. A shorter activity with a straightforward return may fit better than a full day away.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Compare the room, not just the hotel.
Check the full hotel name, beds and levels within the room, swim-up rules, dining inclusions and children’s activity dates. Confirm any promised interconnecting arrangement.
