Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos: plan your stay
Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos is worth comparing when the hotel is a large part of the holiday. Its all-inclusive approach, family activities and pool facilities suit a different rhythm from a stay built around eating somewhere new every evening.

A good fit for
Families wanting meals, entertainment and pool days organised around one resort.
Worth weighing up
A substantial all-inclusive package may be less useful if you intend to spend most days touring and most evenings eating out.
The Paphos resort, not the Ayia Napa property
There are Olympic Lagoon resorts in more than one part of Cyprus. This guide is for the Paphos property on the southern seafront. Check the full hotel name and map when comparing packages. The harbour is an outing from here, while Coral Bay and the Old Town require their own travel plans. Avoid building an itinerary around an attraction’s distance from a different resort with the same brand.
What the all-inclusive setting changes
The resort combines restaurants, bars and organised entertainment with lagoon-style pools and an indoor pool. The main advantage is convenience: meals and activities can happen without planning several journeys each day. Still compare the current package detail, including speciality restaurant visits, reservation rules and exclusions. All-inclusive describes a booked package, not unlimited access to every service or every room-category benefit.
Family accommodation and children’s activities
Family Junior Suites and supervised children’s and teens’ programmes are part of the offering. Begin with room occupancy and sleeping arrangements, particularly if your children have different bedtimes. Club age bands, registration and seasonal schedules should be checked before departure. A nursery session or particular activity may need advance arrangements even when the resort includes a broad entertainment programme.
Adult areas within a family resort
Adult-only accommodation categories and areas sit within a resort that also welcomes families. That makes it important to book the right category if a particular adult pool or section is your reason for choosing the property. Conversely, a family should check which spaces children can use rather than assuming every pool in the gallery is available to them.
Choosing days out without overfilling the week
One harbour outing and one larger excursion can add variety while leaving time to use what you have paid for at the hotel. The waterpark is a separate attraction with its own ticket; compare it with your party’s appetite for another pool-focused day. For a boat trip, look for clear pickup information and check the return time against dinner and children’s routines.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Compare the room, not just the hotel.
Compare the exact all-inclusive package, child ages, room capacity and adult-area access. Calculate how many meals and activities you will actually use before comparing it with a simpler board basis elsewhere.
