Minthis Resort: plan your stay
Minthis is for a countryside resort stay rather than a beach holiday with a different view. Its accommodation is spread across the estate, and the choice between Spa Suites, Ezousa Suites and private homes changes both your location and what is included. Make that choice before comparing headline prices.

A good fit for
Couples, families or groups wanting an inland resort, with time for the estate and transport for coastal outings.
Worth weighing up
Not all suites include spa access, and villas or residences can be well away from the central facilities.
The suite name changes the stay
Spa Suites are in the resort core and include spa access. The separate Ezousa range has one- and two-bedroom configurations, including duplex options, but does not automatically include the same spa use. An attractive suite price is therefore not necessarily a like-for-like alternative. Put accommodation location and included access next to the price before deciding.
Private pools come with a different location
Two- and three-bedroom villas have plunge pools and are listed around 1.75 kilometres from reception. Larger residences offer private pools and sit around 1.5 kilometres from reception. These are estate distances, not walking-time promises. Choose them for private space and independent living; choose a central suite if moving easily between the room and resort facilities matters more.
The spa needs its own place in the budget
For Ezousa guests, the published treatment arrangement includes limited spa access with a treatment and a minimum age of 16. That is different from general family pool access or unrestricted spa use. If the spa is your reason for travelling, settle the exact access attached to your accommodation and treatment before booking the cheapest suite.
Use the hills as the holiday, not a compromise
Tsada puts you inland from Paphos. A car or arranged transfer makes a harbour outing possible, but it will not feel like staying on the promenade. Plan a coastal day as a complete excursion and return for a quieter evening. For a split stay, a few nights here followed by a harbour hotel offers a clearer change of pace than daily driving between the two.
Choose bedrooms and levels deliberately
The accommodation range includes one- and two-bedroom suites and larger homes. A duplex introduces internal levels; a villa introduces more private outside space. Those distinctions matter for toddlers, anyone avoiding stairs, or adults sharing. Compare the actual floor plan rather than treating every two-bedroom label as equivalent.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Compare the room, not just the hotel.
Confirm the named accommodation collection, its position on the estate and spa entitlement. A private pool and a resort spa are separate facilities with separate conditions.
