We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. How this works
| Route | Choose it for | Before booking |
|---|---|---|
| Nicosia and Lefkara | More focus on the capital, with a village stop and guided coach journey. | Original travel documents and crossing eligibility; city-centre pickup coverage. |
| Lefkara, Larnaca and Nicosia | A wider introduction with more destinations in one day. | Less time per place; confirm the exact stop list and your hotel’s pickup eligibility. |
Choose breadth or time in the capital
The two-place route suits someone who wants the day to revolve around Nicosia with Lefkara as a contrasting stop. The three-place route adds another city and more variety, but every extra stop shares the same day. Neither is a substitute for an independent overnight stay in the capital. If a particular museum, shop or neighbourhood is your priority, ask how much free time is actually available before committing.
Give Lefkara its own attention
Lefkara offers a different pace from a city centre, with village streets and a tradition of lacework and silverwork. Use the stop for a walk and a closer look at the craft rather than treating it purely as a shopping break. A tour title does not promise a hands-on workshop or a particular artisan demonstration. Ask about those separately if they are the reason you want to visit.
A crossing is an itinerary detail, not an assumption
The Nicosia-and-Lefkara coach option describes crossing the Green Line and asks for an original passport or eligible identity document. Check the operator’s current requirements for every traveller, especially children and anyone with different nationality or residency documents. The wider three-place itinerary should be checked on its own terms: do not assume it includes the same crossing or the same capital sights simply because both titles mention Nicosia.
Build the day around the pickup
Hotel collection is not universal across the Paphos district. The wider route excludes several outlying areas from its standard pickup arrangements, while the coach option specifies city-centre hotels. Confirm the actual meeting point and whether an additional transfer would be needed. Lunch is extra on both, and religious-site visits may affect clothing choices. Leave the evening unhurried after a day of roads, pavements and short stops.
