Coral Bay is on the Peyia coast, outside central Paphos. If you are staying near the harbour, plan your transport before leaving. Beach access and optional paid services are different things: check current arrangements locally and follow posted swimming guidance.
A dedicated beach outing
From a central Paphos hotel, choose whether the time spent travelling fits the length of beach visit you want. A longer stay can make the journey worthwhile; for a quick coastal break, compare somewhere nearer your accommodation. Avoid combining several beaches simply because they appear close together on a regional map.
Separate access from the extras
Allow for transport, food and any optional beach services when comparing your day’s cost. A free-to-explore label does not mean that every service is included. Check the current conditions and local instructions on arrival, and make your return plan before settling in.
From a harbour hotel, this is a separate outing rather than a nearby stroll.
