Location is the main reason to shortlist it
The Ledas Street setting belongs to the harbour side of Kato Paphos. That makes it a useful comparison for a visit focused on the waterfront and archaeological park. Coral Bay and the Old Town are still separate outings. Choose it because you want this part of town, not because every attraction carrying the Paphos name is nearby.
Do not plan around connecting apartments
The property’s FAQ explicitly says it does not have interconnecting apartments. That matters for families who would otherwise book two units and expect an internal door. Choose a single suitable apartment category or treat separate units as genuinely separate accommodation. A request for rooms nearby does not solve the supervision needs of young children.
