Is there a bus after midnight from Paphos Airport?
Yes: the route 612 timetable checked on 28 October 2026 lists an airport departure at 01:00, alongside 23:40. That does not mean every late flight has a suitable bus. Passport control, baggage and a delayed landing can consume the margin. Open the current timetable for your travel date, then work out whether you can reasonably reach the stop and complete any onward connection. Do not build a plan around catching the last bus with no alternative.
Choose the route for the hotel address
Route 612 runs towards Tombs of the Kings station through the Poseidonos Avenue corridor; route 613 goes to Karavela. Those are different destinations. A hotel described as Paphos may be near the harbour, inland in Universal, or much farther north. Save the full accommodation address and the nearest appropriate stop. A bus passing through your district does not promise a convenient entrance, pavement or short luggage walk.
Coral Bay needs a complete journey plan
For a northern coastal hotel, check the onward bus from the 612 terminus as a separate leg. An airport bus that is still operating does not establish that the connecting service is running. Compare the total group fare and luggage effort with a direct transfer, particularly with children or a late flight. A transfer can be the better purchase for arrival night even if you use buses for the rest of the holiday.
What to specify when booking an airport transfer
Enter Paphos Airport, the hotel’s exact name and address, the flight number, arrival date and local arrival time. State the number of passengers and the luggage, including a folded pushchair. Request the appropriate child seat in the booking and obtain confirmation; do not treat a general family-friendly description as a seat reservation. Read the waiting allowance, delay policy, meeting instructions and cancellation conditions of the selected quote.
An after-midnight arrival can require the previous night’s room
If you land at 00:30 on Tuesday and want to sleep immediately, the accommodation normally needs to cover Monday night. A reservation beginning Tuesday may not allow access until Tuesday afternoon. Tell the property when you expect to arrive so it does not treat you as a no-show. For apartments, get the key collection or door-code instructions before flying and save them offline. A booking confirmation alone may not contain the entry procedure.
Keep the first morning deliberately local
Save the hotel pin, transfer contact and check-in instructions before departure. Leave groceries, a longer beach trip and sightseeing until you have settled in. If renting a car, confirm the desk’s late-arrival procedure and any after-hours collection terms before relying on it. For the return flight, plan the airport journey separately: the outbound bus timetable and the time needed at the airport are different parts of the calculation.
